Just a little background to all of those potential new readers. As the editor of SMC, I’ve been a closet Sailor Moon fan for years. Growing up watching the show after school, I loved every movement of it.
So when amazing cosplayers like Valery Himera come along and totally nail Sailor Scouts like her Pluto below, it’s a must share for us.
