Cosplayer Novatis Designs makes his first official appearance on SMC as Green Arrow. We briefly met Novatis at Ottawa Pop Expo 2015, and were impressed with his work. Can’t wait to see what he comes up with next! Special appearance by Ashe Rogue as Black Canary.
