After celebrating Canada Day yesterday, we figured it was the perfect time to feature one of our favourite Canadian Cosplayers. This is of course none other than @IronKitty (Instagram). Now if you do follow us on Social Media I’m sure you are familiar with IronKitty’s work, as we have featured her on our Instagram feed before. If you’re not, please do us all a favour and start following this amazing cosplayer. That being said, let’s get right into it and take a look at this truly epic Rosalina Cosplay.

As you can see the first picture in this post is something that we’ve started to post more of over on Instagram, and it’s a classic “Side by Side”. Of course, we are talking about having the original concept for the character alongside a shot of @IronKitty in full cosplay. As you can see from the Side by Side the original concept for this character comes from an amazing Digital Artist by the name of Diego Fonteriz (Instagram). If you’re in need of some cosplay inspiration, I’d highly recommend visiting Diego’s page, as he has something from everyone.

The more you look at this cosplay the more you realize how detailed it is, and really how much work went into putting this together. It truly is a work of art. @IronKitty has really managed to capture every last detail seen in the concept art, and doing that really gives the cosplay a lot of depth. Everything from the oversized Witch Hat, The detailed Satchel and the underlying bodysuit, all work together to make this one hell of a cosplay. Nintendo characters so often have amazing designs and Rosalina is by far one of our favourites. This one is no different and so glad we are able to feature here on our site. What do you think of this Rosalina Cosplay?

Since there is a lack of conventions this year for obvious reasons, we will put the effort in to get my SMCDaily’s posted, so we can highlight more amazing cosplays like this one. If you know of someone that is really doing some amazing work in the cosplay community, please suggest they visit our site or on social media and submit something for us to share. We are always looking for great content to share, both here on our site and on our social media pages.
